Daddy & Paige Day FULL OF FUN!
Yes, people it was a day full of sock puppets while mommy rested her back! Thank you Daddy for keeping Paige quiet and giving her a special day with just you!
She feels like she is one of the Gosselin 8, because each of their kiddos are having a special alone day with their mom or dad........Paige loves watching TLC!
They look pretty good don't they?
Concentrating very hard on the proper eyebrow placement!
stay tuned for their very 1st performance!

My Valentines.........
Doesn't get much better than this, I get to share my life with my 2 favorite people ever!
Jack and I had a fun day yesterday, just out and about poking around shops and having lunch together. Jack figured this is our 10th Valentine's day together, and we still really, really enjoy spending time together........I had a good Valentine's day with you babe!
(Jack has to work Saturday, so we celebrated Friday on his day off - this is life in the hospitality industry!)
My 2nd valentine LOVES to wear hats! When I was a little girl I wore a sun bonnet like Laura Ingalls alot! It's fun to see my "hat love" has been passed onto my kiddo!
My valentine in another one of her favorite hats!
Enjoy Valentine's day and EVERY day with the people you love!
Valentine's Day Started Thursday In Our House.......
Thursday, Paige had her school Valentine's Day party........this is what she wore for her Valentine's Party......armed with 9 valentines for her classmates, and 2 for her teachers.....
She came home with a mailbox full of valentines with little candies attached and a pencil with a frog on it from Isabella.....that pencil was a big hit with Paige.......
Friday, Paige celebrated Valentine's Day with Grammy & Pop Pop at Epcot for the day.....
This picture was taken yesterday morning after Paige's shower, while the two of us were enjoying breakfast together......me, Strawberry Frosted Mini Wheats; Paige, cocoa puffs..........
I love you THIS MUCH mommy! Had to take a picture of that! I love you more even more than that my big girl!
And this last one, is her with her new My Little Pony I gave her after our special breakfast together-I just love that one on one quiet time with no tv, and Paige telling me her stories!
PS: yes that my little pony has bunny ears......he was from Target's Easter 75% clearance sale last year.......she is learning to appreciate a bargain, $1.24!
Today, Valentine's Day, Paige is spending the day with Grandma Carole & Papa George and having a sleep over too, just don't tell Paige........because she will ask nonstop until they pick her up......"when are they coming? is that a long time? where are they? etc. etc. etc. So we tell her pretty much minutes before they pick her up! :)
Happy Valentine's Day to all our Friends & Family! We Love YOU!

Teach Me How To Be Angry......
......when Paige drops my camera and says this to me:
......ok, how much do I love this munchkin??!!
Thank You To My Husband......
........so Jack is the best gosh darn husband ever.........
..........my tummy wasn't feeling too well this morning, and when my tummy feels like this, there is only one thing that makes me feel better, another one of my favorite things ever..........
.......A McDonald's Coke with No Ice!
........Jack went out and hand delivered me one this morning before going to work!
.......who needs Valentine's Day "Mr. Hallmark" when I get this on a random Tuesday!
Jack, I picked this picture for you........remember when our little Lola was this small??
Thank You Babe! I love you!
TOE Ring........
Is Paige starting to rebel at the age of 4? A toe ring? I remember getting my first toe ring in high school, and I wore it with my friends to Jones Beach as I baked my white body to a crisp!
.......1st......how cute is my baby's foot..........
.......2nd.......I ordered some hair clips for Paige on Etsy.com (have mentioned how much I L-O-V-E Etsy.com??!!) I am starting to think Paige may be outgrowing her "bows", not completely......but I don't want her to be like Nellie Olsen from Little House on the Prairie, ya know?
.......well the store DaisyChains from Etsy, added this beautiful toe ring for FREE with our hair clip order! You would have thought it was encrusted with diamonds to hear Paige squeal with glee! And I got the hair clips on sale too! 3 handmade hair clips for $2.50! can you beat that, Walmart?
"Mommy, they make rings for my TOES?!"
yes, my Paige they do! but I am drawing the line at toe rings.......there will be no belly rings or worse while I am still on this earth!

Meet Cutie........
.........this is one of Paige's favorite babies, she would ask for her every time we went grocery shopping in Target.......her price tag was a wee bit high for our budget, and the fact that she talked everytime you moved near her - did not make me want to save Jack's hard earned $$ for her........
......well Grammy found her on clearance at Target for 75% off, the exact baby Paige wanted, with the brown skin and purple outfit! YAY! Paige immediately named her Cutie.........
......so on the national news today, we were surprised to see Cutie on our t.v. - Paige screamed, "Cutie is on T.V.!"
It seems as though there is controversy over Cutie and whether she is programmed to say "Islam Is The Light" through her goo goo ga ga sounds........
So Paige ran to get Cutie, and we found she was not talking........odd........
Pop Pop got a screw driver and went to work on Cutie's operation..........
........Paige took pictures of Cutie's "operation", making sure Pop Pop didn't hurt her baby.........
Grammy was the nurse, handing fresh batteries when needed, and disposing of the old batteries.........
Pop Pop performing his surgery..........a true professional - a master at his work!
.......now you be the judge.......her batteries are loaded, and she is talking again.........it does sound like "Islam Is The Light" doesn't it?
........what the heck is going on in this world? or maybe I need to leave the house a little more..........
Lola Is Looking Worried.......
Emmaline and Lola each have their own playpen, next to each other in our playroom....
The night Emmaline came home, Lola was just looking at her through the playpens like, "Are you ok, my sister?" It's doggie love at our house, the cat hates everyone, but the dogs love each other......
Anywho: I've noticed when Emmaline is wearing her satellite dish collar, Lola just looks at Emmaline with this worried little face.........
.........I think she is thinking, "Am I going to have wear one of those things too?"
ps: Emmaline is a great patient, she is getting tons of attention (almost a little too much) from Paige, and she rests on a cozy pillow on my lap for most of the afternoons.....and she is sleeping in her playpen with her satellite dish collar with not one complaint.......she really is a sweet, sweet girl........Get Well Soon Emmaline!

Our Fur Baby Is Home......
..........after waiting for what seemed like forever at the vet, Jack & I went a little stir crazy waiting in the teeny tiny teeny teeny exam room for over an hour.......
........we got our sweet Emmaline.........she was still VERY groggy from the sedation......
..........my little drunk yorkie......
........and here she is in her satellite dish, she looks pissed no? And who wouldn't be pissed if they had to wear that?!
10 days until the stitches are to come out, until then I will be making sure Em doesn't take the stitches out herself!
I am happy to have my baby home........

Lola Is Home Without Our Emmaline.......
......we are a 3 pet family, Dottie, our 16-ish year old cat; Emmaline, our 7 year old toy yorkie; and Lola, our 6 year old toy chihuahua......and we LOVE our animals!
Jack took Emmaline to the groomers this morning, and they hit a little snag (literally) and cut sweet Emmaline's armpit........and she is now at the vet having stitches in her little armpit...........
Luckily, Paige is with Grandma Carole & Papa George since last night so she doesn't know what's going on with her "sweet Em"..........
Jack and I just got back from visiting little Emmaline (she is fine) and we should be able to pick her up in a little less then 2 hours........
I will feel much better once she is back under my roof in our safe little home.........
She is coming home with antibiotics, pain meds, & a satellite dish collar.....my baby!
and yes, the groomer is paying the groomer and vet bill!
my question: who is going to pay for Emmaline's therapy bill once Lola & Dottie humiliate her because of the satellite dish collar?!

Obstacle Course? - Of Course!
Paige had a long day yesterday: dance class, going with Daddy and our dog, Emmaline, to the vet for her rabies shot, and then helping me and Grammy sort through Lily's clothes.........Holy Moly does Lily have a TON of clothes.......
While going through Lily's clothes, we came across some play dresses for Paige I had hidden in Lily's closet........ummm.......Paige spotted them VERY quickly, and sported this lovely pink tulle number complete with fur collar and cuffs........(I am not really sure what I was thinking when I bought this - it's wee bit "tacky".....)
Anywho - last night I noticed Paige's baby dolls strewn all throughout the playroom and Jack and mine's bedroom..........I didn't know if she was playing "cemetery" or what........it's looked a little creepy.......see below:
Luckily, it wasn't "cemetery" it was "Obstacle Course"!
Phew.......and Paige happily jumped over her obstacle course until it was time for dinner!
What an imagination this kid has! And precision in the way she set up her babies!
..........Obstacle "coursing" is hard work! When she pooped out, she joined the obstacle course for some well deserved rest!

A Plasma CAR!
no, not a plasma TV......a plasma CAR! and now in Paige's words, "I have my OWN steering wheel!"
Grandma Carole & Papa George gave this goodie to Paige for her 4th birthday and she is lovin' it!
ps: I do have a picture of Grandma Carole on the plasma car......I am fielding calls from People Magazine, OK Magazine, & The National Enquirer negotiating the highest price for this picture.......that is, unless, Grandma Carole comes in with a higher price to keep this picture of her off our blog or out of the "rag mags"......tee hee!
Thank You Grandma Carole & Papa George for Paige's 1st car!
It's The Little Things........
.........that make me and Paige happy! Like.........
........this kid sized toilet at our mall - how happy does Paige look in this picture?
and it is a magic toilet! Paige will swear she doesn't have to go, but as soon as her eyeballs spot this toilet......"Yes I do!"
ahhh......the little things in life!
